So the figure will look bad from most sides? This makes it an easy pass then.

EvasionModeBumblebee wrote:A ton of in-hand images are in for SS AOE Prime! Here’s some of the highlights:
- He’s scaled to SS AOE Galvatron, so a little shorter than him and just barely taller than SS-32/44 Optimus
- The truck bed actually looks really good! Probably the best truck bed for a Studio Series truck mode, , (though that’s not exactly a high bar to clear)
- the back kibble is removable! Honestly I don’t think I’ll display him like that since I think they handled the kibble really well, but it’s cool that it’s an option!

You’re welcome, glad I could help!Spider5800 wrote:Wait, so he's shorter than the TLK voyager? At a leader price point? That's...disappointing.
He is smaller to keep with Studio Series scale, but the engineering, articulation, and accessories are all massive improvements over the TLK Voyager IMO. I think it earned the leader class scale!

They could have just repainted the SS86 Commander Optimus in cell-shaded deco and release it without the trailer at a leader price. It would have been much better, and much easier.
Rtron wrote:That would completely miss the point of this release, which is to have a deluxe-priced, cartoon accurate Optimus Prime on shelves all year long.
