My gamertag on Xbox Live is 'Altitron'; hit me up if you want to death match, run some GoW co-op, Halo 2, whatever. I really want to try out the versus in the TF game, though. :)

No... just assumed that a next-gen, 360 game would almost have to have some kind of online playability. I guessed wrong, it seems... damn movie-games. :>

So how's the single-player game? I've read less-than-flattering things about it on gaming websites, but it hasn't stopped me from coveting it.

Dead Rising doesnt have online play either. You cant give any game online play if the game hasnt got the right content for it. But since Transformers is a free-roaming sandbox game im surprised theres no co-op mode like Crackdown has.

What I think the best way to describe it is it's simply a fun game. There's not too much deapth to it, & it is a tad glitchy(I assume that'll get fixed later), but while you play it, it's fun. run around & tear stuff up. Great time, great time.

Sometimes it's fun, except when you repeat everything 10 million times because of the carmea works, or glitches of your guy running the wrong way, but it's cool to watch them transform and kick butt.

In many ways, the game feels like a glorified verson of the retro game Rampage. You walk around and destroy stuff.

It is a fun game, but is far from perfect.

The graphics and sound on the 360 are pretty sharp. Nothing spectacular though, and I have noted some clipping and other glitches. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd say 8 / 10.

Gameplay is okay. The missions and even the action get repetitive. Shooting is often a waste of time and it is more effective to just keep smashing your melee attack button.

The biggest problem is driving, especially with Bumblebee in the Hoover Dam missions. It feels like you are driving on ice! The car seems to float and it is easy to catch yourself bouncing from wall to wall. I also find myself just transforming to bot mode to get unstuck and turned the right way. Gameplay I's rate a 7 out of 10, because smashing stuff as a big TF is still fun.

Overall, this is a mediocre game escalated to a must have game (for me anyway) simply because it is Transformers.

You know, it's weird how people keep going on about how the driving is bad....but it really never seemed to be a problem to me. I dunno, maybe I'm just better at driving than the average person. ;)

Same here. I didnt find the driving hard either, but i can understand why lesser players would. :P
