WELCOLME!
Nice score on that G1 Scorponok body. Good luck in your quest to complete it.
Thank you. I have a good ways to go. Its my project for the coming year, to slowly add his accessories.
As someone who did this, I will be perfectly honest.
You're probably better off seeking out a complete one. His individual accessories are so freaking over-priced it's not funny.

That's what I did. Previously, I planned to buy a 99% complete one from my local seller. I was about to pay 575$CAN with taxes. Only one tiny gun from Fastrack was missing. The lone gun alone amounted to 60$CAN shipped on Ebay. I nope'd.
But I did found a 100% complete one on Ebay... for 415$CAN shipped, no taxes, no customs. I was pretty lucky here.

Did pick up a POTP Voyager Starscream but as I had guessed, no Grimlocks to be found. I'm am wondering about the case assortment though because there were three Starscream figures and no Grimlocks. Not odd by itself(should be two cases worth minus what's gone from the shelf if it's really two and two) but knowing my local TRU, I find it very hard to believe they order and stocked more than one case. This drawn from previous experiences with the other Voyager and Leader class figures.
No luck at Walmart either. Their shelf space for transformers is literally two feet wide and, despite extending from bottom shelf to top, only a quarter of that would be needed to stock all the available merch.

Got my MP Sideswipe and Sunstreaker from HLJ today. Thoroughly impressed with the engineering on Sunstreaker. His transformation is far more intricate and involved than I would have thought.

The case assortments are standard 1 grimlock and 1 starscream per case
https://www.entertainmentearth.com/prod ... r=HSE0598AIts the same as with TLK where there was 1 optimus prime and 1 grimlock per voyager case but everyone only found Grimlocks everywhere.

Wow, for some reason I thought they were two per case. Now I'm really scratching my head as this means my TRU ordered/stocked three cases. Not their usual MO but hopefully they'll order more.

Not really Transformers related, but I'm the Forum Admin so I'm allowed to break the rules now and then
(watch some prat screencap that to social media like the sad little man-child they are)
I got a Christmas card in the mail today, no Transformers on it, but it was from Ryan. You know, the guy that owns and runs the site?

As did I, along with a Beast Wars Bonecrusher for my dad. Ryan gave me a steal, and my dad loved It!

Beast Wars Bonecrusher is one of my favourite beast wars toys ever!
My dad's college mascot was a Buffalo, so I figured it would be perfect for him. He's just missing his missile, so I'll try to track that down at some point.

dont bother, it will probably be lost again. That is probably the easiest missile to lose ever since it shoots out during transformation.

ARGH
I hate that. Have you ever noticed how those are always on a hair trigger as well. I have several TFs that shoot me in the eye at least five times while trying to transform or pose them. I could just leave the missile out, but I want to win dammit!
That'd make a great top 5 list. Top 5 Transformers with annoying hair triggers

No, but I am most likely the one responsible for losing a number of missiles from his Transformers before they even make it to the collection room.

Overquoting just to state my deep HATRED toward spring-loaded missiles. Those get lost way to easily. I'm about to move out of my appartement to another at the end of the month (because reasons) so I do hope I'll find the YOTS Omega Supreme missile that I lost... Somewhere... In that messy, messy room....

Could be worse, you could have watched BM Supreme Cheetors tail fall down the back of the cupboard you put him on top of.
Not that I know anyone that's happened to.

My Legends God Ginrai box set arrived the other day from TFSource. Can I just take a moment to complain about how Takara Tomy does their figure boxes? They could really learn a lot from Hasbro and make the packaging inside more solid. I know they like to use form fitting internal packaging in place of twist ties, but it leaves no support for the thin box to keep it from caving in. Takara Tomy Mall has the right idea by wrapping them in bubble wrap, but then TFSource, meaning well, packs the shipping box with packing paper and crushes the box instead of protecting it. Sure, the contents are safe, but it's a little frustrating when you want to hold onto the box and it has creases all over it from caving in.
