Unlike the 30th anniversary figure, Earthrise Hoist borrows more from the classic G1 design, for better or worse in the case of the arm flaps. Transformation is a bit fiddly but once everything comes together you end up with a nice and tight truck mode. While not the best of the Wave 1 deluxe figures, Hoist fills a niche that might just be what your collection is looking for.

thank you for the thoughts Kev, very well said.
I'm beginning to think Cliffjumper might pull a SS Jazz for me: little for the price point, a rip off to some, but an amazing figure to me, at least I'm hoping so

What is up with this guys reviews always being featured on the main page? Nothing against him, but we have had reviews of the figures long before he posts most of his videos. Like I said earlier, nothing against him, I am just curious.

Yeah.
So, is anyone able to look at Earthrise Starscream and not see those giant gaps between his pectoral vents and shoulders?
It's almost all I can see.

If you have one or more of the many iterations of the Classics mold, you get used to it.
JelZe GoldRabbit wrote:Ah those. Never seen them, but then again, let's see if the final releases suffer from that when properly tabbed in.
