The original Hasbro release of the Piranacon giftset in 1988 came only with 5 Seacons. The 6th, Nautilator, was sold separately. In contrast however, Takara's King Poseidon had all 6 Seacons in it's set, and on most promo art showing Overbite as the weapon of choice.
Bucket/Want List: Botcon 2016 Customization Class Ratchet (G2 Deco), or Customization Class Ratchet (Marvel Comics Deco) **would also be willing to pay for an Unpainted Botcon 2016 Ratchet, TT Legends Fortress Head (only) with working Electronics

Wish List of Modern Combiners: Road Caesar, Monstructor & Dinoking (proper size to fiction), Landcross, Guard City, Battle Gaia, & G2 Defensor. Wish List of Titans:Metrotitan,Majin Zarak

In the cartoon as well:

The Marvel comics even had Nautilator as an arm too:

I do like how it says six cons combine but you can only count five in the picture. Though if memory serves, once they get blasted apart, you can see Overbite again.

Because the Seacon that acts as the targetmaster is excluded from the gestalt mind and Nautilator is such an idiot that Piranacon is noticeably less effective when Nautilator is part of his mind.

As has been pointed out, that would most commonly be Overbite.

I'm just going by his Dreamwave profile, which was probably intending to explain why he didn't come in the box set with the other Seacons rather than anything else.

So, going back to the whole leader Shockwave topic, I have a weird crackpot theory behind it. The designers for Siege said that these characters were supposed to be scale accurate. However, unless the opposite is true, I don't beleive they specified accurate to WHAT SERIES they were accurate to, if any series at all. My theory is that the characters in the line aren't accurate to their G1 counterparts like everyone thinks they will be, but rather scale accurate to the real life vehicles their alt modes are inspired off of. If shockwave is going to be some sort of space tank or spaceship, then he would be bigger than, say, a box-cab semi truck. The same would go for a leader Megatron, considering how unlikely we're getting a gun alternate mode for him, and get a tank instead. But that's just a theory based off of... honestly just the idea that Shockwave is a leader for this line... eh.

While I personally wouldn't go for a leader class Shockwave, this is a reason that I'd be willing to accept for why he's suddenly a leader class. I still wish we could get more 'con leader class figures for some other characters though. We've gotten enough Shockwaves I feel. Though... I will admit if this leader class able to hold his CW self, then I might be on board

What if it's just a slightly more detailed and complex version of the Cyberverse figure?

While I don't think this is the case it could work as the added parts could bump the price considerably

Hasbro clearly stated that the accurate scaling was only related to the robot mode.

That still does not narrow it down enough, a pic could really help us understand what toy you are talking about.

I get a feeling he might have meant the cyber battalion one but then there is the ultra shockwave to complicate matters.

Random thought. So Cog is going to be a deluxe that can separate to form weapons and armor. You know who that's a perfect gimmick for? God Bomber, just saying.

If we get a God Bomber release in the US, I'd be over the moon. Still not diggin Prime's vehicle mode or overall aesthetic, but if it combines with God Bomber in a nice way it might be worth it. Then again, if it is a weaponizer, then it'd be nice to be able to use it with other characters

Personally, I think a Weaponizer Generations version of Energon Wing Saber has potential, but it probably won't happen since it isn't G1 enough and everyone and their mother apparently wants a Leader class evolving Star Saber. God Bomber could also be really cool though.

I actually had a different though on the use of the deluxe weaponizers. Flywheels. I mean, it would suck not having him be the same format as BattleTrap, but they got rid of the Legends class, so it would have to be a deluxe. And using the weaponizer format, hey could get a decent robot mode that separates into a plane and tank with plenty of weapons for each and some type of fudged combined vehicle mode.

God, I hope not, I want him just like Battletrap, I even purchased a second Battleslash and Roadtrap in the event we do get a matching Flywheels, which I would also double up on and then swap the shirt and pants of the second set to make Battlewheels and Flytrap.

But I just don't see were that would fit in this line unless they cram 2 Legends into a deluxe price point.

I don't know if every bot that breaks up and upgrades a larger bot needs to be a Weaponizer by default. I feel like for larger bots it might cause issues if they try to squeeze too much out of them. If they did God Bomber or Victory Leo I'd rather they stuck with the upgrade/armor form and leave out the extra weapon forms rather than risk compromising the bot and alt modes any more. Weaponizers seem to work for simple figures that didn't have much of a transformation or already turned into a pile of weapons, but I don't think it would work for more complex characters.

I might be wrong, but didn't we see in those leaks we weren't supposed to see, a legends Flywheels?

Also, I was thinking of a repainted Ultra Magnus cab with a new trailer as a proper PMOP.

Not to mention he wasn't really a Powermaster. Sure, the essence was there in the design, but Powermaster he was not.

And I would not say no to a retake on the PMOP design as I was incredibly disappointed with the Titans Return Optimus.
