Panels on the legs slip off sometimes, but not consistently, so I'm not concerned.
Left hip is a bit loose, but it hasn't drastically affected him. And I enjoy him far more than those little issues take away from him

Doesn't sound terrible. The panels on mine fell off if you coughed in the same room, and the hips are so loose he has trouble standing on his own. Its so bad, that I just tossed the panels in my junk/accessory bin and gave the figure to my boys. It really sucked too, as this was one of the few siege figures I was actually looking forward to.

On mine, the metal pin connecting it to the body is not pushed in all the way through, part of it sticks out. So, not only would the cockpit get caught on it when transforming the little guy, if forced into position the pin scratches the insides.
