I've been to at least 5 WalMart's this week as part of Scrapface-Trilogy-Quest, and have yet to see him at all, plus is there even a spot for his box in that cardboard TF display that half the stores have?
It's possible that other collectors got them all first, but given his price and the underwhelming reaction to his deco, I'd be surprised.
And yes, at THAT price, I'm actually considering getting one now.
It looks like he also comes with a new accessory? Is that a hammer?G1OptimusPAX wrote:I'm actually VERY glad that I bought him.
The crisp white and blue color scheme looks beautiful in person.
And he comes with energon cubes.
That's the hammer that came with TF: Prime Ultra Magnus from back in 2012.aronjlove wrote:It looks like he also comes with a new accessory? Is that a hammer?G1OptimusPAX wrote:I'm actually VERY glad that I bought him.

Specifically the Robots in Disguise one:

Is he worth having? No Earthrise or later one in the pipeline?

Mirage, Megatron, and Lionizer are more than "slight"cruizerdave wrote:I just don't care for any of this Netflix exclusive stuff. It's slight redecos of figures we just got off the shelves. So instead of the new Earthrise figures, we have Walmarts clogged with this stuff.

The main issue people have with them is that most of them are barely-changed versions of figures that were just on the toy shelves a few months ago that are now taking up much of the space that could instead be taken by the all new figures from Earthrise, which for many are currently harder to find at Walmarts than the Netflix figures.G1OptimusPAX wrote:Yes the netflix version Megatron is SOOOO much better because of the paint and its so sweet... and honestly, I don't understand people's gripes about these redecos. I mean, no ones telling you to buy every version, i like the fact that there are so many options.
