'Hollowness' has been less of a problem with Siege, usually limited to places where its not too noticeable (some back parts) or some place where its a shame but expected (forearms have a bad habit of remaining a hollowed place on figures with flip out fists). The only major hollow areas that instantly come to mind to me are Ironhide, who is excusable with his empty chest being similar to the G1 toy and Impactor's leg which...well actually these DO look bad.

Well, the semi-faux chest on MP Sunstreaker was necessary not only for aesthetic purposes but also for the sake of giving his altmode functional scissor doors (which I would bet Lamborghini insisted on).
When it comes to Mirage, I don't see faux-parts being necessary to give an MP version of him good proportions that match the cartoon. Classics Mirage's odd proportions stem from his turning into a modern-day F1.

I was lucky enough to find all but 1 reflector and my Battlemasters from wave 3 in stores! Pulse provided the final Reflector and Amazon the Battlemasters. And you can't just have 1 Smashdown, it is impossible!

Now to wait out Omega, Impactor, Mirage, Barricade, Offroad Patrol, and the exclusive/selects Siege guys!

If you have Amazon Prime you could have him tomorrow. Once it was clear I wouldn't find him and Caliburst before Amazon's July 1st ship date I ordered each from there.

Not to fond of Mirage's alt mode, but to be honest just about all my figures are displayed in bot mode and Mirage's bot mode looks pretty good.

Impactor looks nice, a little hollow on the legs but it ain't the first figure with that issue.

Thanks to multiple sources including AmiAmi, Yu's Hobby Land on Facebook, and our own Seibertronian Nexus Knight we've got a great new gallery for War For Cybertron: Siege Titan class Omega Supreme and Micromaster Countdown! With just under three months to go before the official release at the start of October (December in Japan) and in-store sightings likely long before that, this is most certainly the finalized product. Hi Guys - I'm new here. I'm a bit disappointed with Mirage. What I like about the SIEGE line is the Cybertronian modes. I gave Hound a bit of a pass.. and Prime.. I could get behind Magnus being a truck transport.. but this full-on sports car design feels out of place for the theme. I would have preferred they tweaked the design like they did with Prowl, the seekers, and Iron Hide.

This having to catch up from taking a little break sucks. I argue with myself all the time wether to spend my money on a figure i missed on or get the one that's out now.

I'll buy them all!

Sideswipe might be a close concept but it works for me. Feels futuristic a bit. YA - I MISSPOKE. Should have said race car. I'd have loved something more in the vein of the Beast Wars Mirage. This Mirage still feels like the classic Formula One race car. That said - I'm still going to get him.

2) They've modified the upper arms, and by modified, I mean they took a chunk out of them for some reason.

I am not saying Omega is not a good toy. But it is undeniable that it is a much less appealing figure than the one with which we were initially presented. It just sucks knowing what could have been vice what we're actually getting.

I am not saying Omega is not a good toy. But it is undeniable that it is a much less appealing figure than the one with which we were initially presented. It just sucks knowing what could have been vice what we're actually getting.

I don't see what you mean by the modified upper arms, nor what's wrong with his neck, but I can clearly see the hips. Others have mentioned the redesign needed so that the waist rotation would work properly. While this may be a bother for some aesthetically, I much prefer this insignificant sacrifice if it means we can get a properly articulated robot mode.
