Profile: A massive char-coal colored body with no visible face beyond a mask and fiercely burning visor, Turmoil's appearance has been fashioned to be as intimidating as possible. While it is easy to think that his nightmarish appearance was specifically crafted to cause fear in the rank of Autobots, it actually predates Megatron's uprising. As a high judge and executioner serving under High Justice Tyrest, Turmoil's fearsome visage was often the last thing the most despicable Cybertronian criminals saw.
While a stern enforcer of Cybetronian laws, Turmoil eventually began to see the corruption behind the system. Despite not initially being part of Megatron's rebellion, his views were bound to clash with those of the senate. As the rebellion became a war, Turmoil followed his own rather questionable moral compass and joined forces with the young and charismatic leader of the Decepticons. He was also one of the Decepticon warlords in favor of accepting High Judge Tyrest's proposal of an impartial justice system to govern Cybertronian technology from falling into hands of other species. That being said, Turmoil is a ruthless supremacist who will not hesitate to take advantage of alien technology as long as he can hide any traces of doing so. He did not champion for the acceptance of the agreement because of idealism but due to the additional rank and power he was given as an enforcer of Tyrest Accord and the Code of Interplanetary Conflict within the Decepticon Empire. Brutal and cruel, Turmoil shows no more mercy as an Enforcer than he did during his pre-war career.
Abilities: Subject is immensely strong and his reinforced cybertanium armor is resistant to most conventional artillery fire. However, his most recognizable and feared trait is a massive particle beam cannon attached to his right arm. When utilized, this cannon moves over his right hand, practically transforming Turmoil's right arm into a destructive weapon with few peers. While never officially tested in comparison to legendary weapons like Megatron's fusion cannon, it is speculated that Turmoil's firepower does not fall much behind that of the leader of the Decepticons in normal conditions.
Weaknesses: Given his size and bulk, extremely fast moving individuals can cause Turmoil trouble but his sheer brute strength, firepower and dense armor usually give him an advantage.
