And Detritus was he to be called. I'm really starting to love the sneaky Hydra.

I also asked him why he went with "High Regent" instead of "Führer" for Scrash's title, to which he responded with this:
Regarding the term used for the English, High Regent, I suggested it specifically for a few reasons:

*Contextually, Scrash is a leader taking command in the absence of royalty (the Emperor of Destruction), hence a regent.
*The original Japanese can apply to almost any sort of boss or dictator, and is very broad.
*I tend to dislike titles that suggest a particular ethnic group, when that character is not already explicitly linked with such (IE Rapido).

It hasn't been used in any official English-language material yet, but if given the opportunity, I'd like to make it official

Our fellow Transformers fansite The Allspark has posted a translation of the story printed on the back Takara Tomy's Transformers United EX-03 Roadmaster Prime's packaging. This chapter of the United EX story is titled "Destruction and Regeneration":

After a sharp descent, Jetmaster toppled weakly to the earth of the landfill. Struck by a volley of fire during transit, Grimmaster had fallen from the same altitude seemingly unscathed, but was at a total loss as to what to make of the situation.
Before his eyes appeared a dusty brown Transformer who could be none other than their attacker.

“You can call me Roadmaster. Just a humble mercenary by trade. Thing is, it just so happens I’ve been hired by your former employers.”
“You must be with Master Chaos… That means you’re the enemy!”
Already combined into Prime Mode, Grimmaster readied himself for combat..
“Whoa, take it easy, there! How about you come on back to the Decepticons? The High Regent’d give you more credits than you could ever want. Just think about it! Bein’ a good guy doesn’t pay the bills. What’s in it for you?”
“I’m not lookin’ to get paid! ‘Specially after you went and hurt my buddy! And guess what, I was never real big on thinkin’, anyway!
His offer refused, Roadmaster feigned regret.
“That’s a shame... Guess that means your career ends here and now!”
With these words, four drones burst from the surroundings as if being born from the wreckage.

“Let me show you what the funding and tech of the Decepticons can do… this is my army, the Road Drones! Unite!”
The two Prime Modes clashed, and Grimmaster used the sharp fangs of his right arm to dig into Roadmaster’s left, tearing savage chunks from it.
Although wincing with pain, Roadmaster was undaunted.
“Hah! This landfill is my playground! Don’t ever underestimate a Junkion!”
With a magnetic intensity, the scrap metal around Roadmaster was drawn towards his body, covering and instantly repairing his wounds.
In a clash between destruction and regeneration, which would emerge victorious…?

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Roadmaster
Function: Mercenary

[Prime Mode]
Strength 7 10
Intelligence 9 9
Speed 5 7
Endurance 10 10
Rank 6 6
Courage 7 9
Fireblast 6 10
Skill 10 10
Total 60 71

Roadmaster:
A Junkion mercenary who betrayed his homeworld. It is said that the army that gains him as an ally is sure to emerge victorious, but his true aim is the valuable junk left behind from battle.

Scrapper Drone
A truck drone designed to haul valuable junk. Transforms into an arm.

Waster Drone
A desert buggy drone that attacks with machineguns. Transforms into an arm.

Trasher Drone:
A truck drone that can use its rear booster to greatly increase its speed. Transforms into a leg.

Junker Drone:
A car drone that slams into enemies with its bumper. Transforms into a leg.

Roadmaster Prime Mode:
Enhancing his already formidable durability, Roadmaster’s Prime mode uses internal magnets to draw in junk in the vicinity. Given a source of junk, he is able to regenerate from damage almost instantaneously.

Yeah, what wrong with that?

All of the United EX guys are existing characters assuming aliases with new forms as part of a top secret operation.

Only vague allusions are made though, but knowledgeable readers can easily pick them out. So far we have:

- Combatmaster: Combaticon Onslaught
- Jetmaster: Micromaster Treadbolt
- Choppermaster: Micromaster Blaze Master
- Rollingmaster: Straxus
- Racemaster: Axelerator Rapido
- Grimmaster: Dinoforce member Kakuryu (reformed)
- Roadmaster: Junkion Detritus

My predictions so far:

- Assaultmaster: Car Robots Black Convoy (aka RiD Scourge). His drones are named after Primes, so he should be based on a Prime or Convoy himself. Take note that Car Robots is now part of Japanese G1, while RiD is it's own universe
- Buildmaster: Devastator. The names of his drones (Decimator, Annihilator, Dominator, Eradicator) have roughly the same meaning: to destroy and to overrun. Another reason is his gestalt Actionmaster body.
- Tankmaster: Brawl, based on his G2 scheme. I know, it's the same as G2 green tank Megatron, except that toy was released as BWII Megastorm. Besides, the head is more Brawl.

Tankmaster's gotta be another Marvel character for two reasons:
  • According to Hydra, he's really obscure, with our only hints being that he's an assassin from the fortress Darkmount and an associate of Straxus
  • Both his and Marinemaster's Targetmasters are named after Empties from Marvel G1: Wheezel and Rotorbolt
