If some can tell me step by step what to do i would appreciate it.

the way i do it is host it somewhere like photobucket and take the url link. highlight it and then hit the "img" button. and preview just to make sure.

Two ways.

1) If it's on your computer, simply add the file in the little "filename" box toward the bottom while you're posting.

2) If it's on the internet somewhere, simply put the url of the picture in between [img]and[/img] without any spaces.
