Also try brussels cut in half, pan seared in butter (a lot of butter), salt, pepper, cayenne, dill - until they are bright green and getting just a little tender - turn off the heat and sprinkle on some lemon juice and toss. Pair with grilled meat. Thank me later.
Pro tip, never cook greens too long or you'll draw out the bitter pot liquor, which will also cause you too lose all the healthy stuff as well.
