I've already lost my few pounds for the year (must have literally worked my butt off :D ). Now I've got to lift a few pounds, and get back in shape...

That is the most meaningless sentence since Duragrip's last post.

Ouch.

Okay, here's one. It's not neccassarily a "New Year's" resolution because I made it in September/October, but I decided that once I finished my summer job of being a line/prep cook at the restaurant where I worked, that I would move to fron of house work, AKA being a server/waiter. Here I am, finishing my third week as a server at a resort restaraunt. Not "New Year's", but a new year's resolution. Happy?

No, there was an unnecessary gap between the 'ouch' and your next paragraph. Good for you on the job though.

Thank you! Like I said, i made it in late September, so it's been a few months coming. But after five years of being yelled (maybe a bit harsh), constantly watched and told how to do things "right" by various chefs, being a server is definitely a nice change of workload.

In any event, Happy New Year to all! Hope y'all can get over those hangovers.

Even if I tried, you'd just track my IP address and then yell at me for not getting away right. So yeah.

Now that Valentine's is over, it's time for St. Patrick's Day. To set the mood, here's something beneficial for your taste buds.

What's St. Patrick's Day without some booze?

Sucking the fun out of everything? You make it sound as if I'm a vacuum cleaner. I don't know anyone who celebrates St. Patrick's Day, so what do you do on that day, besides getting drunk and ignorant.

For your information, on St. Patty's Day, you wear the color green lest you incur the wrath of The Tickle Monster. Then you watch Darby O'Gill and the Little People. Then you drink, followed by some more drinking. All the while hanging out with people who have a sense of humor.. Jeez, man. Chillax and go watch Guardians of the Galaxy.

No, that's pretty much just it. St. Patrick's Day without alcohol is like Christmas without presents or Thanksgiving without food.

Truth.

Also, you go bar/pub crawling. If you run into a tickle monster doing that, it's safe to start throwing blows.

Happy Easter! Want to read a story?
There once was a bunny in downtown Peoria. She intercepted a runaway monkey from a zoo in Chicago. Across the street, one old lady accidently dropped a carrot from her grocery bag, but she didn't mind. The monkey and the bunny looked at each other, then they gallop down the street. The bunny was much faster, and she ate the carrot. Knowing he lost, the monkey throws a tantrum in the middle of the street, unknown about the carrot truck that will strike him from behind. But before the carrot truck had the chance to kill the monkey, a drunk trucker intercepts it and the carrot truck tips over. Now, there's carrots all over the place. One thing the monkey and rabbit could do now. Eat all the carrots they want. THE END
