The Incredible Hulk is the strongest, most powerful superhero ever. They really power him down in the Avengers. There's no way Ultron is strongest than the Hulk because no one is stronger than the Hulk. His strength is unlimited. He's unstoppable.

Where does the question and answer factor into this?

Why does the Hulk need the Avengers? He's unstoppable on his own.

Because deep down he truly believes in the insurmountable power of friendship.

The preview shows the Hulk and Ultron running at each other, and Ultron overpowering the Hulk knocking him down. That's not possible. No one can overpower the Hulk. The Hulk took over all of Thor's land of Askgaard; not even a civilization of gods could stop him. All of the Avengers could not stop him. A nuclear bomb doesn't even kill him. The Incredible Hulk is powered down in the Avenger movies; he doesn't seem any where near as strong as when he's alone and the world is against him. And the world can't even stop him.

It's all in the interest of telling a more dynamic story. If the hulk is completely unstoppable, and no adversary can possibly stand against him, it becomes boring. Much of the interest developed in a story comes from conflict and struggle, seeing our hero triumph over a much greater foe. Where can we go if we're already on top, but down?

Because he's easily outsmarted by most houseplants.
That said, no, he's not the strongest, because he's not Squirrel Girl.

And Squirrel Girl doesn't have a comic named "The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl" for nothing.

Is Ultron stronger than the Incredible Hulk? Isn't Ultron just an Ironman suit? In the cartoon the Hulk was able to lift Thor's hammer. The only one who can control the Hulk was Bruce Banner.

She beat Thanos too? Never knew that one, though a peak at the infallible Wikipedia says that victory is in question.
Somehow I doubt we'll ever see her in the Cinematic Universe....unless somehow the Guardians of the Galaxy run into her. That would be a riot .
Topic at hand, they need to sequel the '08 Hulk movie. The payoff to The Leader still needs to be shown, and Abomination is still alive! Shocking he wasn't killed, as they've killed just about everyone else since then.

Considering Ultron is composed of Adamantium? Almost certainly.

Absolutely not. Tony wasn't even involved in the creation process.

That means Magneto can have his way with Ultron.

Wolverine's adamantium claws were broken in "The Wolverine", so the Hulk most certainly can crush adamantium if he gets angry enough. There's no limit to the Hulk's strength. Again, he can lift Thor's hammer. Adamantium would be no problem for him to break.

In the comics, but can Marvel Studio's use Adamantium? Otherwise, Avengers 2 Ultron is probably going to be composed of Vibranium, like Cap's shield in this Universe. And throw us for a loop film makers, have Wasp introduced and be the one to defeat Ultron. She did back in Secret Wars in the 80's, shrunk down and blasted some vital wires. Perfect segway to Ant-Man.

Ant-man was pounded down by the Incredible Hulk. He's nothing.

Aren't X-men and Avengers part of the same Marvel Universe? I know in the cartoon, Captain America's shield was an alloy of Fibrillium and Adamantium.

They were broken by a superheated Adamantium blade. The only thing that can break Adamantium is more Adamantium.

Even though it showed so little respect for the source material, all it had in common was a guy named Banner who turned into the Hulk when he got angry.
