I'm sure this will do a lot for their bad rap a horrible customer service department [/sarcasm]

So now their solution is to not fix the problems but just to dump the customers that complain too much. Good job their Sprint.

Nah dude, they have 55 millions customers, 1000 is a very small percentage. These were most likely people who called an absurd amount of times to bitch and moan about ridiculous things and makebelieve problems. There probably wasn't even anything Sprint could have done to help people like that. Personally I think it's awesome, the days of "the customer is always right" are going out the window and I think they should. The customer isn't always right, assholes who take advantage of companies hospitality and treat their employees like garbage should be punished.

I know that the customer isn't always right, but this still isn't exactly the publicity that any company wants.

I dunno, I think they're setting an example, "You cann us all the time with stupid problems, we're going to cancel your subscription". I love it!

I'm glad I dumped these a-holes when I did. I even avoided an early termination fee because I basically called them idiots up one side and down the other for sending payment through two days earlier than they were suppose to. Believe me, Sprint is run by monkeys with keyboards. EVERYONE I know whose had Sprint dropped them because of bad customer service.
That's right, I fired them.

Please stop insulting monkeys.

They are a vital part of our society unlike Sprint employees.

Too true. I should have left the monkeys out of it.
Slugs...Sprint is run by slugs with keyboards.
