I'm currently using Firefox. For some reason, some websites are "stuck." For example, while looking at facebook.com I see the "we're upgrading" screen. However, I hit refresh and I see the main page.

I cleared out the cache & cookies but nothing works.

Anyone know what I'm talking about and how to fix it?

I've not had that problem, but there is a add-on that could help, its called IE Tab, and it allows you to use the IE engine in a Firefox tab, some pages just won't work or work well in Firefox, but will work fine in IE, so this give you the best of both worlds.
