The hero is Ippatsuman from the series Gyakuten! Ippatsuman: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gyakuten!_Ippatsuman
(Hmm, that certainly ends....interestingly.)
His mecha is called the Gyakuten-Oh.
