It's mid-January & I'm still munching my way through xmas food! Don't be alarmed. No more leftover xmas ham. Today it's Saint Nic choc-coated biscuits. Hits the sweet spot.

You need to build up MSG resistance. Eat more Asian dishes. My mum would add it to everything she could.

Refreshing Thai salad in this energy sapping, stinking hot weather. The sour mango julienne cut truly elevates the salad.

And Vietnamese ice coffee. Had to slam the bag of ice on the ground several times to unclump the ice. Felt pretty good doing it too.
