Has anyone here actually tried one? Or do you guys know anybody who's tried them before?
What sort of horror, or success, stories do you all have about those?

I'm still working on the "Drink Your Way To Success" scheme. I don't know if I'm making any money, but I am noticing that I don't notice a lot of stuff any more.

You ever read the fine print on those commercials? It says that those that they show are only in the top 1% of everyone. I think they are a bunch of b.s. and pretty much anyone that tries should have their head examined.
I also tried that JP. I, too, had similar results.

Yeah, I've been through a couple of them and let me say this.
1. The information you are buying is legitimate. The programs work, but its not as easy as it makes it out to be. You have to work on it.
2. The way these infomercial companies make money is by selling the info, not using the info... I used to work for a real estate training program, where nobody exercised their real estate knowledge.
3. IF you choose to try one of these programs, leave your morals at the door, because the way you make money is by taking advantage of people with nothing to begin with. Then you rob them of what they do have (you buy their only real property for under market value) and sell it real fast to somebody else (usually another program holder) for a small profit before you have to pay anything (No Money Down! Cash at closing!).
Writing this I started thinking of the families I hurt during my time doing this and I regret the pain I caused. My future is dire if 'you get what you give'.
Be Warned.
