The first one gave me chills and was nicely done although the setup was way too long.

The first one was fake, all actors, including the ghost.
However the second one was pretty weird.

Yeah, the first one was pretty creepy but there is no way it is real.
The second one, dayamn. I would love to see a rational explanation for that one. Cool as hell.

I've seen them both before, having spent a lot of time on ghost websites (I know, I know) The first one I've read somewhere that it's actually a short film made my college students.
The second is real, and like the police, have no idea how they actually did it. They call it the ghost car.
Here's another one, some of the clips are faked and obvious, while others just send chills down my spine.
http://youtube.com/watch?v=deoJUBW9CI8The one at 4 minutes in is especially freaky.

The fence is moving up and down in the second one (look closely when they replay it). From that it looks as if maybe he entered that road left of where the patrol car stops.
Nice!

I gotta say Loki120 that collection is pretty impressive, although i seriously doubt a single one of them is genuine-they are far too good to be really real.
I can see an art or amature film project a mile away-and that is what i would wager nearly 100% of them are.
Plus no one curses-Are u telling me that if u saw that deamon shild or what ever-u wouldnt let out a F**k????
come on

As I said, I wouldn't doubt if most of them are faked. But the demon child one is especially freaky. That one made me jump the first time I saw it, and most videos like this rarely ever do.
I've since found out that the first poltergiest video is indeed fake. Taken from a website, there a couple of amature film students used a few tricks to see if a poltergeist could debuke a similar video they had seen. They slapped it together in about 30 minutes.

Thought so-You can tell when someone is trying to make something scary, and when the genuinely bizarre happens

I dunno, the Demon-child looks awfully fake to me.
It looks like someone, a woman, kneeling in front of the hallway.
Blue Arrow: Points to the hair
Red Arrow: Points to the dip in the shirt on the neck
Green Arrow: points to the shaded floor where it seems the person is kneeling, if you look you can barely see a shadow(the leg) behind the "ghost child."

Also, this stuff isn't that freaky. Most of the stuff, if you look, is totally fake. The best footage is the very last.
Edit: The wiji board one, also totally fake. They gave it away when the "demon" dropped the camera. There was no skip when it landed, it seemed to land softly, I don't know of many camera's sounding like a cookie-sheet when hitting what looks like a stone floor.
Unless the demon really cares about the camera owners property and doesn't wish to harm the camera.

I've never believed in ghosts or demons, but there is one strange thing I saw five years ago. My 19-year old boyfriend died in a car wreck that May, and a couple months later I was visiting some members of his family. I pulled up to his old house and right as I was pulling to a stop, somebody walked in front of the car. As soon as I turned off the headlights, the person was gone. And the moon was out, so I could still see well enough. He just disappeared. It looked like my boyfriend, same kind of clothes, same walk...I looked all over the place and didn't find a soul. And no, it wasn't any of his family, since there weren't any men there at the time. The person didn't even turn to look at the car, or run like he was caught trespassing. It was the strangest thing I've ever seen.

That is damn spooky! and sad
I had a ghost encounter in a car too!
Me and my mate were waiting outside tesco one night while both of our girlfriends were inside doing god knows what. Anywho we were chatting, adn i thought i saw someone (i presumed one of the girls) dive around the back of the car, at the same time my mate looked startled (i guess he saw it too) so i jammed the lock on the door with my elbow ( i figured id lock the girls out for trying to scare us.
A moment passed and nothing happened, the girls did pop up, i looked around the car park and it was empty, not a person or car anywhere, i Got out of the car and walked around again nothing.
I got back in and asked my mate what he saw that make him look startled, and he said that he had seen nothing-he had heard someone in the back of the car.
The girls came out of the shop 5 minutes later, we never figured out what happened

That is weird. The strange thing was, the person in the car with me claimed not to see anything. How could you not see a person 8 feet in front of the car in the headlights?? It wasn't a ghost-like apparition--it was like a real person, then nothing. It didn't scare me so much as make me sad. I still wonder what that was. Who knows, maybe it was him.

I like to think it was him, though I know there was probably some reasonable explanation, like I was batsh*t crazy and seeing things. But I don't drink or do drugs, and I don't remember it being too late at night. Maybe it was so I can see him. When I was told he died, I got in the car to go see him in the hospital. Instead, I stopped at that house, where his brother was sitting there in shock. I decided not to go to the hospital, something I regret to this very day. I kept having nightmares of him coming back, sometimes angry at me, sometimes only to die again. I even had a dream he was driving around his totalled car. So perhaps I was a little nutso at that time.

When dealing with the death of a loved one, the mind likes to play tricks on you.
That is what I would figure the dreams are, you never got to say goodbye to him, so subconsciously you hate yourself for it, so it manifests itself in the form of dreams, where your anger takes the form of your boyfriend.
As for the person walking in front of the car, never had that happen to me, it's possible you may have just seen a shadow, but your mind made you think of your boyfriend since you were going to his families house.
Of course, it could also have been him, just wandering past.
As for your friend not seeing it, don't be too shocked, it happens sometimes.
I myself have seen ghosts, shadows, shadow people, played a game of stare down with what seemed to be a 2 foot creature in my house for a good 10 minutes. I've heard things call my name when there is nobody else in the house, or in my room.
And I love it. It is the coolest stuff I've experienced ever.
Don't be scared of ghosts, if you think it's spooky to see a ghost, well start asking yourself why are they there.
If a ghost is doing something you don't like, like continually bugging you while in your room. Tell them to stop.
90% of them are nice enough, they will.

Thats no mouse sister that is the all might Death of Rats, The GrimSqueaker! And he is a skeletal Rat not a mouse. Rats are smart and caring, mice are one set up from fleas.
Any way to answer your question the "mouse" is all about me!!! I am the grimsqueaker, the end of all things fluffy and squeaky . Its a pretty good job, the hours suck but u get to meet nice people
In real life it is just a online name i use all the time, the grimsqueaker who wanted to be ur friend on myspace was me too! If u are online and u see grimsqueaker or Grim5queaker it is most likely me.
I wanna get him tattooed on my leg!
Oh and hugo is totally right with regards to his stance on the paranormal. You go girlfriend!

I'm sorry to hear about this. It could have been him. It could have just been a trick of the mind, or a manifestation. It sounds more like the kind that doesn't interact, just does repeats events (like a video). At any rate, it's never easy to lose a loved one, so don't beat yourself up about not going to the hospital. Everyone grieves in their own way, it's just the fact that you grieved which counts.

That would be so freaky, but freaky in a cool way. Up until a year ago, I've never really experienced anything like that. When I was a kid, and we moved into the first house they actually owned, I went upstairs to my bedroom. While up there, I heard voices coming from the storage room behind the hidden door and it freaked me out so bad, I almost broke my neck running down the stairs. I later found out that it wasn't anything supernatural, I was hearing the people next door through an open vent.
Last year my wife and I moved into our first house and we've experienced a lot of freaky stuff here. We heard things all through the house, we saw a glass move across the kitchen table all by itself (the table is not angled and there was no condensation on the bottom of it). I thought I saw something peaking it's head above the curtain while taking a shower. And many of the kids toys will activate themselves with no one touching them.
Twice I had a half-waking nightmare about a black shadow standing in the doorway to our bedroom.

Stop scaring me guys!
I've had weird moments where I have heard someone say my name before, usually while I was driving. But staring down some 2 ft something is not my idea of a good time.
The "man" in front of my car definitely resembled my boyfriend. Around the same height, the same type of clothing, even the hair. It was THAT detailed, even for about two seconds' time. When he died, I was only 17 years old. He actually passed away 9 days before my high school graduation. My parents videotaped me graduating, and the entire time I was crying. I know the dreams were my way of dealing with it, since I had never dealt with death before, except the loss of an occasional cat. In my dreams, he would come back from the dead and sit next to me. Sometimes I would ask him questions.
Did it hurt? No.
Did you see it? (He hit a dump truck at 70mph going around a curve). He said yes. Then he would die again. I even had one dream where his casket was unearthed and sitting there open. It was terrible.
You know what was strange, yet comforting? That entire summer I had a falling out with everyone I knew, and I lived in a bedroom by myself. I decided to patch things up with my folks and move home (they had moved). As I stopped to fill up gas in my van and leave town, I was behind a dump truck. I recognized the name on it. Indeed, there was the man he had hit, the last man to see him alive. I got to ask him those questions I had asked my boyfriend in my dreams. He was nearly in tears, but he could tell how it had helped me.

My dad had a similar dream experience when his dad(my grandfather) died.
He had a dream where he was talking to his mom, and she told him "he's gone." My dad woke up, a minute later the phone rang, it was my grandmother calling to say my grandfather had just passed away.
Don't think of seeing ghosts, creatures, and such as scary. Think of it as meeting a celebrity, or something much more meaningful like going into space, you're getting to experience something only a handful of people have experienced.
With all our scientific advances, we have little to no idea about our world. Much of the Congo is still unexplored, you could go in and come out having discovered new species of life there.
When I mentioned I had a staring contest with a 2 foot creature. I say creature, not in a bad way. I just don't know what it was. It was 2 foot tall, bipedal, kept peeking around the corner of a wall at me. I know it wasn't evil, it was playful, which narrows it down to just a handful of creatures. I believe it was an imp, a playful little demon.
I say none of this to scare anyone. Ghosts aren't scary, they're intriguing, what they had to have gone through to get stuck on this plane of earth.
If they're even ghosts at all, we could be getting a peek into an alternate Earth, different dimension, that kind of thing.
Basically, knowledge is power, if you're scared of ghosts, expose yourself to them, read books, go on ghost hunts(legit ones, not the 'I'm bored lets go to a cemetery to scare ourselves' ones.
Same works for anything you're scared of. Learn about it. Soon the fear will turn to anticipation, a yearning to experience those things.

I would love to go on a real ghost hunt, with the infrared video cams, evp, the works. I think it would help me deal with some real life phobias that I have. Crazy as it sounds, I have a phobia of darkness. I know that this is just a phobia, I have no real reason to be afraid of it. At night I have half the lights on in the house, and I can't go to sleep unless the tv is on, if nothing else just so it's not completely dark.
