The Energon Pub

I discovered an old Chogokin style toy in a box last night. He consists of three parts that merge together to form a robot. His hands need to be attached to a spring loaded launcher from what I remember about him. On the wings of the flying vehicle that forms the arms are stickers that say King Dam. Any idea who this is?
