The Energon Pub

Just got photoshop cs3 and i'm trying to instal it but I can't seem to be able to instal anything from it. I went through the entire setup option, download and all, and restarted as it suggested. When I restarted i had no desktop icon or any program files like that so i checked the folder and i get an error message on all the files saying "Please Instal Adobe Setup using Setup.exe"

I was under the impression I did that already. If anyone can help me out I'd be grateful because this is really starting to bug me as to why I can't get the setup to work.
