Unknown toy from my youth(very little remembered)

From what I remember the guys had reddish insect type eyes. They had a v-shaped antennae type thing on their forhead. They had black pants and a kinda greenish/purplish type top.

I really wish I remembered more. They had really awesome vehicles and weapons, but I don't remember what those look like.

Also, this is probably not the same toy line. But I had this triceratops that was green and it had machine parts.

I also had a pteradactyl that was brown. It also had machine type parts.

Any help is very much appreciated. I am looking for the name of both lines so that one day I can go on a mission to buy them again.

It's can't be Kamen Rider because that franchise wasn't picked up in America until the mid 1990's and never made it past 1 year in a lousy Americanized verison.

I think he means Dinoriders because those had insect people and snakes, a crocodile, a hammerhead, and a toad as their leader. And it had dinosaurs with battle armor parts. Does this ring a bell?

Armored dinosaurs that aren't Dino Riders? Kinda hard to believe, plus the colors match, but let's see. I know the 90s TMNT toyline had some dinosaurs in its later years, but I think those parts were bones and wood, not tech. Definitely Dinosaurs from Playskool was the same way.

You know what would make this a lot easier? A sense of what time period you had these.

The had a spin off of Kamen Rider called Masked Rider which could be what your looking for you also might want to search all of the sentai series because that sounds like one of the many. Henshin a go go baby. Here is some links.

Masked Rider:

Sentai:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Sentai
You will need to search around this one to get what you might be looking for.

As for the dinosaurs that you asked i think your thinking of extreme dinosaurs

IT WAS SECTAURS!

But the dinos weren't from Cadilacs and Dinosaurs.

I had them in the early 90's. But they could have easily came from the late 80's. My dad gave them to me when i was young

Yesss! That's the one! I kept snapping my fingers trying to think of the name when Cyber Bishop spoke up.

Even from back then I remember the commercials. I so badly wanted one of those things. Really makes you wish you could go back to the 80s.

That helps a bit, at least to confirm as much that it's not Dino Riders. How about this?

Image

This figure is Bionatops, a vehicle from Masters of the Universe. I haven't seen a brown pterodactyl yet, but I could certainly hazard a guess that such a creature exists for the MOTU line as well. Or, that one might not be from the same line.

bah, zoids is ancient, the original whiteheads where released as zoids in 1983, and this line continued till about 1990. in 1995 the US got technozoids rereleasing some of the originil kits, and the UK got Zoids 2 in 1996. it was then in 1999 that the current cycle of zoids lines began.

Dinoriders. I had one long ago, the Triceratops w/the hammerhead figure.
