I didn't really like school either. And even though it's only been two years since I graduated, I doubt I'm going to really miss it.
Mind you, I did have a wonderful and very gorgeous maths teacher... And she's the only reason that I... stayed in school...
Actually, I'm kinda lying about the "I didn't really like school" part. I liked all my teachers (especially my maths teacher...) and the school was good. I just didn't like the people. Most of them were dicks.

You better learn to like it, or at least like learning.
Your other option is to be poor.

That's funny, I've been IN school since 1983! I'm gonna be in school, probably till I'm 65 or older

School sucks. Just remember it'll end one day. Try not to let it damage you too much.

Grade school sucked. College, on the other hand, rocks.

I hated college. Now I don't have a degree and I have to create my own job if I don't want a low paying job. And I have to start over if I do want a degree. So stay in school. It's the best thing you can do for yourself.

I'm planning to go to college if I pass my GED test.

Bingo. School is a cakewalk compared to an actual paying job.

I hated college with those pajama wearing, self-important, gum smacking ninnies! We had to learn 3rd grade grammar all over again! WTF!
Oh, and stay in school.

hated school, 8 years later I still hate it, the teachers sucked, classmates sucked, homework was pointless, assignments as well, it's basically just there to process you for minimum wage dead-end jobs, not so much to educate. now college, i honestly like, seems more worth my time now, plus i'm actually learning for once.
far as a paying job goes, if you can manage to do something you like for a living, it's not too bad, when you settle for a crap job, then it's gonna suck

You have two options:
You can drop out, but you damn well better make sure you get a GED, and at least attend Community College, unless you enjoy bagging groceries.
OR (And this is the one everyone will recommend) you can grudgingly stay in school. But do the schoolwork, unless you enjoy bagging groceries.

The only reason I'm able to do what I'm doing without an education is because I have *other* resources to help start up my business, I'm picking something that doesn't cost a lot to start up, and I believe in myself. Hell, it's this or work at Subway again. I plan on going back...but don't be like that. If you are already there, just finish. It's not like you'll hate yourself for finishing.

Information is Ammunition kiddies!
The school systems we have are there for a reason, they give u th emost bang for ur buck, if there was a better way to turn kids into people it would be in use. There isnt, so it aint.
Just count urself lucky, some schools are way worse than others-
At the moment i am subing at a Reform school, basically a prision for the worst kids in the country. Damn near 100 staff to manage 15 deeply troubled boys-a maxium of 3 ids per room at the one time, locked doors ever 20 or so feet, oh and the teachers MUST carry panic buttons at all times.
Its pretty mad, although i gotta say it does seem to help the boys alot.
Anywho, school is what it is for better or worse, if u aint popular weather the storm and know ull be ok in the end, if u are popular (congratulations) and try not to let it distract from ur studies too much.
Thats it[/b]

High school was ok. At the time I didn't really enjoy it academically or socially. Looking back, I loved History and English (and of course most of my electives), though I did kinda poopy in some subjects. I still hate it socially.
College is a lot of fun. [/post]

I seriously hate my school, then again, I still go to my High School from time to time in order to visit the library ladies and a few teachers with whom I have regular contact via email... Higher Education is much better, it still has minor flaws like High School had minor advantages...

Not if you're in the UK.
They throw money, houses, cars etc at people who 'can't work' over here.
It's ridiculous.
Yeah schools crap. Thankfully I've only got one more year of it.
I'm at college, but it's at the same school I went to previous. And the wankers treat us like year 7s.

I still am in school-HOMESCHOOL. I suppose it's better than a public school, more attention and a faster time finish time ( I'm usually done by 2:00). I'm in high school classes in 10th grade and have never gone to "school" except for once during the F-cat. I will be going to a college though, maybe UF, or something...

I couldn't imagine being taught at home by my parents. I'd much rather have gone to public school. There's no way I'm homeschooling, either.
