he Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra hosted its second family concert since Hurricane Katrina ravaged the city of New Orleans and its surrounding areas. Committed to the idea that music education is essential in the lives of children, the LPO presented this concert as an opportunity to educate children about Classical music and inspire them to dream big!

The orchestra will be playing a space themed suite and a special suite featuring the Main Title theme, Princess Leia’s Theme, The Imperial March (Darth Vader’s Theme), the Throne Room and End Title.

We had a blast.

ARGH! He left his helmet off again! :P

Don't suppose anyone got a video of the event at all?

Oh and CB, you're slacking, I do believe we went a month without seeing any trooping pics from you. :P

So would a Darth Revan costume be enough to get in?

Because that I might be able to afford.

We try and do at least 1 troop a month and other than the MD thing in the beginning of September there was nothing else last month.
We did two events this past weekend one on Saturday and the LPO one on Sunday. There are more pix from both events but I am waiting for them to be uploaded.

We have an event this coming Saturday.
The one on the 19th and 20th.
One on the 25th, 26, 2 on the 27th and 28th..

So far in October we have a total of 11 troops.

And once again the dark side shows its helpful face!

Man that is just so very funny seeing the villains of a Si-Fi classic doing something for charity!

That is so very awesome!

Yeah, even in some of the stock pictures of the Boba Fett he looks portly. It's just not so noticeable if he keeps his rifle held across his torso.
