Writing a (request) letter to TakaraTomy.

I've written a request e-mail to Takara about 5 years ago -- in English -- but can't remember how I got to the Contact link.
I'm not quite sure how to maneuver about their new site -- which is beyond difficult when you don't know enough Japanese to rub 2 words together.
Long story short -- I'm trying to get Takara to re-issue Thunderwing (in a Republiconish effort to drive the price down). I'd love to get my hands on one, but simply don't have $100 to throw at a $30-40 problem.
Moreover, about 50% of the 1989 Transformers had decal paper problems. My Pretenders Bumblebee, Starscream, Legends Grimlock, and several decaled Micromasters had this problem where the printed foil portion of the decal would seperate from the paper portion of the decal -- which carried the decals' glue. After a worse case scenario, the consumer would end up with a bald paper decal stuck on the toy in the shape of the original paper and foil decal. By 1990, they seemed to have resolved the decal problem.
Anyway, to make a long story short, I'd like to see (original) Thunderwing and (original) Springer re-issued. If not, see if they could make a Classics version of Thunderwing using the Ramjet body (with a Starscream nosecone and missile launchers). I just hope they can read my plea if I put it into English -- again.

P.S.: My last request was for Smokescreen to be re-issued.
