My town rules! We were laughing all day about this at work, since it was front page news! A guy walks around stark naked and when the news interviews the bystanders they ask "Where can I get the stuff he's on." Only in New York.

Every year when Footage is played of The Cooper's Hill Cheese Rolling and Wake, there is always someone who needs to have bits blurred and pixelated!
