Posted: Mon Oct 15, 2007 11:02 am"Animal Control" over here basically means killing all strays. They actually go into people's homes and shoot the dogs in the face in front of kids. Its not only cruel but its also dangerous. I remember about a month ago one of the city councils started a 'dog catching competition' where every stray dog is worth RM20(USD7). It has no guidelines at all but was shut down after a protest by the SPCA and other animal rights groups.

Yes.
No it is not sick that you find humour in such places. It is however sick if you actually threw a dog off a bridge. There is a difference.
