Prime crashes into the open field.
Jazz crashes into the baseball stadium.
Ratchet"lands" in that building, "this is soo cooler than Armageddon!"
Ironhide, the toothfairy, climbs out of the pool...and then transforms into the black GMC topkick truck.

We can assume all protoforms look alike to extent, as it's a base form which can be adapted.

Yeah, Prime crashed in the open field, hence why he was closer to the highway when the Peterpilt he scanned passed.
