Every time I try to watch a video on Youtube, I keep getting a message that reads

"Hello, either you have Javascript turned off or are using a outdated version of Flash Player"

I found that Javascript is on, and I downloaded and installed the newest version of flash but it still doesnt work. I dont have anything turned on that would be affecting it, unless maybe something is wrong with ActiveX?

Tech people, please help me out

try another browser, i.e. Firefox or Opera if you're using Explorer, or vice-versa. if not, try reinstalling your browser application.
