Maybe I'm blind. I don't know. But there's a vote thing going on within that forum and the closest thing I can find to it is the "High Council" Forum.
Anyone know where to find this thing in better detail than just "Go to the Elders Council Forum"?

Do you mean forum or thread?

If you mean thread, then you should know that the search function doesn't work.

If you mean forum, there is no Elder's Chambers Forum on this board.
