Well both of my aunts and my uncle will be just foaming at the mouth from the happiness that is this news. (They love them some World Series Baseball...)

Perhaps he'll be in a good mood when he comes to visit this time. (He generally is, but always has one or two sarcastic comments. But when he's in a good mood, he's always nice around the clock.)

Congrats on your big win! I must have missed you on television, though. Were you playing shortstop or 2nd base?

Me, being a native to Colorado and a Rockies fan, I was pissed that they got swept. The Rockies actually swept the entire playoffs themselves, but couldn't beat the Red Sox. I personally think that the Sox are only good because they have money and can buy good players. But it is still amazing that the Rockies made it to the world series, after being one of the worst teams.

yea, we have money but at what cost? i cant afford to see the games. it would have been cheeper to fly to colorado to see the game
