Woke up to some sad news this morning...

http://edition.cnn.com/2007/SHOWBIZ/TV/ ... index.html

Even though I'm on the other side of the pond, I love "Are You Being Served?" - and John Inman was by far the best actor of the cast - he really made the show what it was. He made me laugh 'till it hurt, and very few people have been able to do that.

We'll miss you, John. At least now, you are truly "free"

Well, can't live forever. At least he brought alot of joy to alot of lives.

RIP Mr. Inman

It's never a good day when a British comedian dies. :?

Pity, I always loved that show. I will always watch Are you Being Served? over any of today's modern so-called 'comedies'.

Here's to yas, John. 8) ;)^

Though I can not help but imagine John standing at the pearly gates right now. And old Granger's measuring him up for a pair of wings, telling him they'd writhe up with wear. :-?

This is a shame. I really loved that show, and his character was hysterical.

"I'm free!"
