hehehe Cool thread.

I'm gonna have to go with German farmer's sausage. I had one once; it was a white tube that, when poked with a fork, oozed grease. And it came floating in grease too!

Needless to say, my bowels were churning the entire two weeks I was there. The smell was awful!

there is not a single food i won't try, you name it I'll eat it

horse
squirrel
dog (on holiday in vietnam)
ostrich
zebra
blesbok
croc
crickets
deep fried scorpions (again in vietnam)
snake

i think thats about it for disturbing food that i've eaten,
As for the german food come on DM there's nowt wrong with a bit of raw minced meat, steak tatare for example

oh i forgot
veal sweetbreads and brains, thats truley scarey when you think that the pineal gland and brains are so tender and juicey.............. =P~

looking forwards to getting back on the pass later this week

In my defence DB, I did eat the thing. And then payed for it for 13 days :lol:

Why's everyone raggin' on German food? After a liter of Hacker Pshoor Oktoberfest, any food is good, including pig nuckles!

I'll try anything once. I've had cow tongue, about every animal here in the US, with the exception of cat and dog. However, I'm not apposed to it as long as it's cooked right and not a family pet.

When the wife and I were in the UK, I had Blood pudding and I loved it, she hated it, but I thought it was great. We also had Haggis, it's wasn't one way or the other, give me some blood pudding!

Actually, Haggis, reminded me of Boudin, a Cajun specialty. It's Seasoning, rice and ground meats(various) packed into a pig intestine. Some of the best food ever!!!
