He just needs a blond dye job :) Regardless, he seems like a great choice for the role! I wonder if Storm Shadow will be featured? Who would be best for that... Jet Li?

They could have cast anyone for the role. You won't see his damn face anyways. Still, good choice though.

Storm Shadow has to be in this. I'll be a little peeved if my all time favorite character is not in the movie. Jet Li would be an excellent choice.

I meant if they decide to show Snakes from the back or something, he should have blond hair. Of course that could be done easily with a computer :)

I wonder if Bruce Campbell = Flint? Hehe. I think the guys in ToyFare used to say that years ago.

Good God that is the world's best match-up.

Also a pretty good pick for Storm Shadow. :-?

Ray Park is awesome, it doesn't matter if we get to see his face or not.

I mean, he made Toad, of all characters, the funnest villian in the first X-Men. He should get an Oscar nomination for that alone. It's a shame that he had to be killed by bad dialogue combined with Halle Berry's cardboard delivery. :-(

Jet Li is wayyyy too old to be Storm Shadow now. Maybe Lethal Weapon 4 Jet Li.

Maybe Stephen Chow for Storm Shadow, either that or some other unknown martial artist who could do the job.

Considering that outside of nerd-alley, Ray Park is a relative unknown. Might as well get an unknown who is damned good at MArtial Arts, instead of a well-known actor.

I concur.

The Snake Eyes/Storm Shadow back story is one of the best in the Marvel world. The best issue ever! is G.I.Joe #21, no words, that's how good Ninja are!

So far they are 2 for 2 in good casting moves. I really like the idea of Ray Park as Snake Eyes.

It is a good choice.

Joe movie could turn top notch, if the new things I keep hearing come to light.

Scarlett needs to be an unknown if anyone. I just cannot picture anyone as her. Maybe Famke...

Storm Shadow-- Bruce Lee would have been the best, and Brandon would have made a really good one. While Jet Li would be interesting, I'm not sure how he is too old, I would not deny an unknown the opportunity at this part.

I sure hope the Jason Statham rumors are true. I think he'd kick ass as pretty much anyone, but I'd like to see him as Firefly personally, if Firefly makes the movie.

Remember what happened last time Jason Statham and Jet Li were in a movie together?

Masterpiece right?

I don't even remember the movie, so that's how good it was.

I think this will be cool, because they could do spin offs like a movie called 'Arashikage' and make it about SE, SS and their clan, the history, etc. Throw a Zartan and Firefly guest appearance in as well as Billy, and CC and it would be pretty dang sweet. Jinx, Budo, Red Ninja, and Night Creepers are a bonus!

Alright back to the Global Intelligence Joint Operating E...thing...

:P

No, it was a movie called "WAR." Despite starring two really awesome action stars, it wasn't very action-packed.

Aah, yes, my wife and I were going to go see it, me a Statham fan, and her a Jet Li fan, but we never got around to it. Is it on DVD yet?

Well they were in The One before War. The One was pretty good, but Statham didn't do much in it.

You are correct. 'The One' was not horrible, but not the best either. :-?
