Has anyone ordered anything from Digital-Toys.com? Are they reliable/trustworthy?
I ordered THS-02 Convoy from them on Saturday on Tuesday I sent an email wondering if they have shipped it I haven't received a response yet

I know their website site says it might take 24/48 hours for a response but its been over 2 days since I sent the email :-?

They're 100% reliable. They get a bit backed up depending on the time of year, but you'll get it for sure.

No problem. Digital-Toys is run by one of the most respected online store owners. Good guy. Not to mention, I've been in your shoes one time too many. I know how you feel.

If this freaked you out, don't order from HobbyLink Japan around the Holidays! If you think getting backed up for an extra day is bad, try getting it backed up when the order is being sent from across the freaking Pacific Ocean!

Though, in all honesty, the HL Japan toys are generally higher quality, and cheaper. (Though you have to pay in Yen)

LOL This is was the first time ordering from them so I was a little nervous but now I know they are a good site to order TFs from

Oh and I got my tracking number today :grin:

Can't wait to get THS-02 Convoy

Update: It just arrived it was shipped on Wednesday and today I got a email with the tracking number then a couple of hours later it arrived :grin:

Great service I won't hesitate to order from them from now on
