Was a sad day for all of us, especially his family and close friends.

Sir Ed, will be given a state funeral, which is an honour bestowed to very few, usually for PMs who die in office.

He was the Sherpas' greatest benefactor as well. His fund-raising efforts built schools to provide for their future.

Well, he had his state funeral yesterday, went for 2 and a half hours and was pretty darn decent.
