If anyone can find the old BSG thread please dig it up and we'll move this there but a quick forum search turned up nothing.

Battlestar back with a bang
Battlestar Back With A Bang

SCI FI Channel's Emmy and Peabody Award-winning original series Battlestar Galactica kicks off its fourth and final season on March 28 at 10 p.m. ET/PT with two back-to-back half-hour specials, with the first new episode premiering the following week, April 4, 10 p.m.

Beginning at 10 on March 28, Battlestar Galactica: Revisited will serve up the essential information on the series' past three seasons, providing the uninitiated with an introduction to the characters, relationships and backstory. Executive producers Ronald D. Moore and David Eick serve as guides and hosts.

Battlestar Galactica: The Phenomenon follows at 10:30 and is a celebrity-studded celebration of the show's effect on pop culture. Interviewees include Seth Green, country music star Brad Paisley and Talk Soup's Joel McHale talking about why Battlestar Galactica is one of the best shows on television.

In the season-four premiere, the last remnants of humanity continue their search for a new home as the thin line that separates them from the rapidly evolving Cylons is redrawn.

Galactica's crew is rocked by Starbuck's (Katee Sackhoff) sudden and mysterious return from the dead, bringing claims that she has been to Earth and can lead them there. Meanwhile, four members of the fleet are still reeling from the revelation that they are Cylons.

Battlestar Galactica will air Fridays at 10 p.m.

The thing to remember also is that with the writer's strike the full season hasn't been written though there are about 13 episodes filmed. If the strike ends this week though that should give them plenty of time to wrap up the season.

This show has been awesome since the first season, a vast improvement over the original series' thick layers of cheese I must say. :P

It will be on my download list for March, that's for certain.

Oddly enough I find myself more concerned with Baltar's plight than that of anybody else.

I used to really love this show. I thought it was tough and interesting. But they've managed to make it a bad show after 3 seasons, it turned into a giant soup opera for awhile, when I was much more interested in the fleet and the cylons attacking then I was Lee and Starbuck's "are they gonna do it or aren't they" stuff. And when I really didn't start to like it was the whole New Caprica storyline and then the results from there. I want space stories about killer robots blasting crap. Please go out with a bang in season 4.

I know this will sound outlandish but I thought of an ending to BSG

I know this will never happen but here was my idea

The Galactica will find Earth, only to find it in a post apocolyptic mess

They will find that the Earth is overrun with another type of robot other then the Cylons that want to exterminate the humans

The Terminaters

I heard an advertisement saying that BSG would not be back until... APRIL!

Just checked the Battlestar Wiki. Season 4 starts on 4/4.

After filming all producible scripts, of which there were 11, the production went dark on 16 November 2007 due to the WGA strike.

According to The Watcher, the first ten episodes will air from April 4th to July, with the rest of the season following later in 2008 or 2009

As annoyed as I am, by the wait for this I'm still fired up, and at least I have Terminator to tide me over til then.

Any reason I can look at multiple Grace Parks is a good one
