Does anyone know why the number 33 appears in the Transformers movie? I saw it twice....maybe there more than that but the two places i saw it was on "Sam's" hoodie towards the last of the movie and on IronHydes rear fender. It just bugs me to see stuff like that and left to wonder. Prolly something simple. Can anyone shed light for me? Peace Suzanne

I'd be more concerned abut the number 7. Seven Decepticons with speaking roles, Sector 7, released in July (Seventh Month) 2007. The game was released on seven different systems. The list goes on!

Well, the number 33 is half of the number 66, which, when added make 12, which, when added, make 3, which when repeated once more (because 12 starts with 1 and ends with 2 so we want two digits total) makes 33.

Also, if you square 33, you get 1089. If you cube 33, you get 35,937.

Now Transformers was 144 minutes long, which is 8640 seconds. Add all those together, and you get 45,810. Add those numbers together and you get 18, which is 9 doubled. 9 just so happens to be... wait for it... 3 sqared. Because squaring something requires the same exact number to occur twice, we can then put those numbers together, side by side, in an entirely unmathematical fashion, and get 33.

Weeeeiiiiiirrrrd.......

You know what's even weirder?

33 times 3 is 99, which is exactly the score of Kyle's last spelling test. Who cheats on his spelling tests? Kyle! Who's laid a duke in the urinal? Kyle! Who's responsible for 9/11? Kyle!

I don't know why we didn't see it before.

That's the answer to a different question.
