The Rock, Con Air, or Face/Off?

Which out of the while Nicolas Cage "blown away" trilogy do you like the most? The Rock, Con Air, or Face/Off?

Con Air is very entertaining but it would make it to the third of the whole list for me. The Rock and Face/Off are even better but The Rock, while not only one of Cage's best action roles, Michael Bay's second movie( TF is his #1 best for me), and Sean Connery's last great action flick it's fast paced fun but it doesn't go as over the top or feel as long as Face/Off. Let's face it, Face/Off it nuts and has that good vs. evil feel better.

So for me-
1. Face/Off
2. The Rock
3. Con Air

Either way one cannot deny that these three were some of the best action films of the 90's. Period.

The Rock
Con Air
Face/Off

Sean Connery and John Malkovich would make Travolta their bitch.

I've never seen "Con Air", so I can only judge the other two. And "The Rock" was fecking shite. The only saving grace was Michael Biehn - who, true to form, died. Again. "Face/Off", though, was pretty awesome.

And Sean Connery is a talentless hack with a hairy chest who's forever riding off of the success of his first big film.

Dude, Connery can act circles around most of Hollywood's young talent nowadays. He left Hollywood ebcause he saw the industry for what it became. Yes, he was a great Bond, one of, if not the best. Did you ever See Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade? He was great in that. Heck people wanted him back in the new one.

Being better than today's actors doesn't make him good. The man played the same character in every film, whether he was supposed to or not.
And no, he wasn't a great Bond. Only Bond to do it to any degree of not-being-a-terrible-ham-bastard was David Niven.
[/bitter rant]

I've never seen The Rock, but I did like Con Air and Face/Off a lot. Those were a couple of awesome films.

I'm not a big acion movie fan, but I really like Con Air.

I love it how we have all these big, buff, heavily tattooed tough guys; then we have little ol' Garland Greene come aboard wrapped up in straight jackets and the hannibal mask. Heh, he even has his own little cell. Classic stuff. lol

I'd go with Con Air. I can't remember the Rock at all, and only some of Face/Off.

Ever notice in Con Air they didn't have enough cells on the plane? Only three. They had Cyrus Grissom, Diamond Dog, and Bedlam in cages. Then Garland Greene comes on. If the flight had gone according to plan, there wouldn't have been a cell for him. Just one of those things that always bugged me about the movie.

Which is exactly why I love Con Air so much. Greene is the best action movie character ever, after Hans, of course.

The Rock first. Hands down. Great and fun dialogue, great action scenes and very tongue in cheek Sean Connery moments.
Then Face/Off more for the great acting out of both leads than the plot.
Con Air didn't really have a plot. Lots of great crazy prisoner dialogue though. ;) Steve Buscemi really saved that one for me.
