Ebay help

I bought a black arcee off of ebay and I can't use paypal to pay because I had a problem with them before so the seller told me to do a "wire transfer",Something that is advised against by ebay.What do I do?The seller is "ministry_of_toys". Is the guy legit?

I've used them before without a problem several times.
I wouldn't worry, they've always been on the up and up with me.

While it is a bad choice to do a wire transer, Ministry of toys is a reliable seller...
It really just becomes your call on the matter.
