I don't know much about comp. so how do you posts links like say to ebay?

Copy the link from your address bar then you can do it two ways.

will give you http://www.ebay.com

Or you could do this

Which will give you E-Bay.com

Also, it's not "sights".

It's "sites". Web Sites. Like survey site, or construction site.
