Hadn't seen a thread on it yet. So I figured I'd let everyone know who is unaware, that the final 10 episodes of Stargate Sg-1 start tonight.

Edit: Ok, well both SG1 and Atlantis just finished. The episodes were freakin' awesome in my opinion.

Although I think finding Merlin and then killing him off in 30 minutes into the episode was a bit much.

Also, I can't be the only one who likes Stargate on here.

I suffer from a severe lack of cable and satellite. But the magic of DVDs and Bittorent helps ease the pain.

They were both great Episodes. I am really going to miss SG-1 when it ends. But I can look forward to the DVD Movies!

Carter and Baal played off of each other great!

And the Atlantis Team Just kicks so much Replicator Ass!

this isn't the last time we will see anything dealing with stargate sg1,because there are plans to make 2 direct to dvd movies.

Stargate: The Ark of Truth - 2007 (DVD premiere) {Filming will start on April 15, 2007.}
SG-1 travels to the Ori home galaxy to find a device called the Ark of Truth that will end the war once and for all, yet the IOA have their own plans. This movie will mark the end of the Ori arc.

Stargate: Continuum - 2007 (DVD premiere) (This movie will be the second one to be made after the series wrapped production. Some scenes were filmed in late March 2007; the offical filming will start on May 22, 2007.}
Ba'al alters history and removes the Stargate from Earth before it is discovered at Giza, eliminating the Stargate Program and restoring the Goa'uld to power with Vala as his queen and Teal'c as his First Prime. Richard Dean Anderson has been confirmed to star in the movie alongside his former castmates.

Ok, well enough me ragging on the brits, show reactions.

-SG-1; yes Ba'al and Carter worked off of each other great, but giving Daniel Ancient Powers might backfire sooner rather than later. (actually you DO look a lot like perceval)

-Atl.; My favorite series of the two, and incidentaly my favorite of the two tonight. Reaons? Jack O'Neill was in it, Rodney McKay is my favorite character EVER, the way they outsmarted the Pegasus Replicators was frigging brilliant.

Who said anything about cable? My local CW and Fox stations are the ones that show them. :grin:
