in that videoon transformers.com isnt that masterpiece optimus and megatron.

It's a CGI sequence of the G1 battle scene. No toys involved, it's animation.

Takara already made Masterpiece Megatron, (I assume you knew this) but Hasbro can't bring it to the US because of laws involving realistic-looking gun toys.

And when a kid points an unnaturally huge gun at a cop, the cop isn't going to take the time to figure out scale.
