There are two movies called Jack Frost.

The first, is about a man named Jack Frost who dies and comes back to spend time with his son as a snowman. That's the family movie.

The other one, has a convict being transported when the truck hits a tanker carrying radioactive waste, causing the convicts DNA to merge with the snow on the ground. He seeks revenge on the sheriff that arrests him and becomes a serial killer snowman who's rather funny. The townfolk eventually realize that antifreeze hurts him and they kill him by putting his parts and antifreeze in containers and burying them. A rather bad sequel was made to this movie as well with Jack overcoming the antifreeze and re-materializing.

As for my scariest villian from a horror movie, it has to be Freddy Krueger. My parents loved horror movies, and I'd get to watch them to. Freddy used to scare the **** out of me. Jason, not so much. More than anything, after seeing the first movie, I felt pity for him and actually cheered everytime he killed someone.

Not many horror movies are actually scary to me, so I don't watch many...but from what I have seen, here's my lists:

Scary:

1. ALL the cenobites (Hellraiser)
2. Freddy Krueger (he invades dreams...kinda scary in a funny way)

NOT scary:

1. Jason Vorhees
2. Michael Myers
3. Leatherface
4. Chucky

I am sure I lack quite a few on these lists, since horror movies do not scare me much...as a matter of fact, most reside in the Land of Suck. The whole "Slasher movie" deal of the 1980's just never impressed me....

Actually, it's the other way around. Jack Frost the horror is two years older.

For me, zombies and Jason Voorhees. As far as between him and Freddy, I'm scared the freak out of a silent killer way more than a jokester. The squid thing from Deep Rising is way creepy, too.
