Bad day / good day

Well the past two weeks for me have been absolute **** for me.
Work has been absolutely horrible.. Quitting has crossed my mind more than once this past week..
Last week I blew a tire and ended up getting new ones (Thanks to my brother in law for the 4 new tires and instillation for a meager $50).
This Tuesday I am heading to my oldest daughters school to pick her up when I hear a loud screeching noise form my CRV.. I get to a stop light and when the light turns green my truck hesitates and I run over something now the AC stops working.
Fast forward to this morning, I drop the truck at the dealership thinking it is a belt and should be about $150 with labor and parts.. The guy calls me and tells me that some sort of pulley busted and metal contaminated my entire AC system and I need to get a whole new system.. $3000.. Not to mention my vehicle will be there until Monday (they need to overnight some parts and thank goodness they give free rentals when repairs take longer than a day).
I call a couple other places to find out what they would charge.
One place charged $2850 BUT my car would be in the shop for at least 2 WEEKS and they do not do rentals I would have to pay for the rental myself.
Other place said $2900 but due to a backlog they could not get to my vehicle until the second week of March (You do not want to be without AC down here when it gets hot and muggy) and then it would take at least a week and a half to work on it/get the parts (they don't do the rentals either).
At least I got a decent rent a car for the next few days, a red Mazda 3... Zoom zoom.
And the only bit of good news today is when I went to the dermatologist today to check on a lump I had on my leg (I did not know what it was and the big "C" word entered my mind a few times).
Well come to find out it is scar tissue from some sort of insect bite (maybe a spider of some kind) and I got a prescription for some topical ointment that should clear it up..
At least it was not cancerous.. Some good news.. yay.
Sorry for the long read I just needed to get that off my chest.
