I've been using Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0 for years now to make my videos and out of nowhere it now gives the "there is a serious problem and must shut down" message as soon as I open a project. I even un and reinstalled and also downloaded things that the main site stated would fix this issue, but nothing has worked.

I don't know if anyone on here uses it as well and has a suggestion, but any ideas are welcome.
