Not interested in starting any religious discussion, hence the reason I posted this here. I'm trying to find the location of something the Buddha said, does anyone know where this quote came from, or was it just spoken? I want to use it in an essay and I need to be able to referance it correctly:

"Words have the power to both destory and heal. When words are both true and kind, they can change our world".

Says that it doesn't have a source and it may not have been a Buddha saying.
