Did anyone think Senator Biden sounded more Presidential in the debate?

Well, as this list (with supporting cites and links) will show, its a lot easier to appear 'in command of the facts' when you're allowed to just make up your own 'facts' left and right.

Or to put it in simpler English, dude was just making **** up. Alternately, dude genuinely believed what he was saying, but was too ignorant to know better.

So what exactly is the point of this topic? Political propoganda for McCain and Palin? If you can't provide a reason, this topic will be locked. I'll be back in half an hour.

Biden totally clobbered Palin during the debate.

I really wasn't sure if I was actually watching Palin up there debating, or Tina Fey doing an impression.

And you can say the same thing about Palin, who was blowing facts left and right including the name of the commanding general in Afganistan (General McKiernan, not McCellenan), not to mention all the tap dancing and dodging of questions that she didn't want to answer (most of them).

This is why the Political Forum is locked. This is a one sided thread that will (and already has) brought people in to argue. I'm sure we are going to have a general election thread coming up in this forum, which I'll allow. But not this one sided thread.
