So when did Seibertron become a platform for hate legislation?

I bring your attention to the 'advertisement' on the right hand side of the screen pic. This 'advertisement' urges Seibertronians to vote 'yes' in a referendum on a piece of legislation which amended the Californian constitution to ban gay marriage.

Why is Seibertron advertising for a campaign which fosters division and inequality in what is supposed to be the most advanced democracy in the world? Why is Seibertron advertising for a campaign which eliminates one of the fundamental rights that any person living in a democracy is entitled to, to marry the person they love?

Explanations on a post card.

Google ads suck. We already covered this in another thread.

Edit:

In response to complaints regarding the brevity of my terse answer:

Seibertron doesn't have direct control over what Google Ads displays on your computer.

The Google selects the ads based on the cookies in your web browser, which I'm betting means, if you frequent many 'liberal' sites you get conservative ads, and if you frequent 'conservative' sites you get liberal ads.

This also means that the staff may not have even seen these ads.

For those who are upset by the sight of such ads, I recommend using Firefox. I finally upgraded to it about a week ago, and not only does it consume half as much processing power as IE did and run several times faster, it also allows me to block most of the Google Ads.

With its ad-blocker feature activated, I only see toy advertisements instead of the "war ringtones" ad with all the dead bodies (why am I the only one who complained about that?).
